 Where to Stay:

Hotel Blocks and Special Rates are currently being secured for the 2015 race weekend. Due to it being a first year race in 2014 we had no solid numbers to share with the area. Headed into year two this is a different story, and we expect it to be much easier to have room deals secured. We plan to update info prior to December 1, 2014. Please check back and watch facebook for these deals. BOOK EARLY, as many of you saw that everything in the area is booked out during the fall weekends.

Typically Alton, Illinois Hotels require a 2 night stay minimum, and sell out EVERY weekend. This race location is one of the most beautiful areas to travel during peak leaf changing season, and it has a great amount of activities including wineries/breweries, hiking, and special events. It’s is a great time of year to race on these roads, and to visit. PLEASE watch for the specials, and book EARLY in order to assure you have a room. We will post here and on our Facebook & Twitter accounts. Registered athletes will also receive an email as soon as rooms are finalized.

As we shared this is the place to be during leaf changing season, and consequently the campers rush in! Perre Marquette State Park is highlighted in our “Area to Do” page, and it has the best camping in the midwest! Just check out that view! Book early to assure you have a site. Both tent camping and RV camping is available. The campground is right off our bike course about 25 Miles from race site (the most beautiful 25 miles you can drive/ride/run).
